Terms & Conditions

•  Payment is to be paid in full at the event.

• If for any reason you need to cancel, a 25% charge will be deducted from the full payment if not within 14 days.

• If for any reason the ponies get distressed or we felt it is was unsafe to continue with the service we would have to leave the event. 

​​​

• For all bookings a prior visit will be preferable and a risk assessment will be required. Parking for a 3.5 ton lorry needs be available. 

​​

• At our discretion we may decline if the conditions present as unsuitable.

​​

• At children's parties, the children will be asked to wear closed in shoes for their own safety. 

​​

• No dogs to be around the ponies. 

​​

• Animal cruelty and verbal/written abuse will not be tolerated.

​​

• Inclement weather may be subject to cancellation.

​​

• ​Photographs will be taken and maybe used on our website and social media. If you do not wish for a particular child's photograph to be used in this manner, we must have prior instruction. 

​​

• If you want the ponies to come inside, we are not liable for any breakages or 'accidents'.
